Scaling Society Terms of Service
This Scaling Society Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made effective as of 01/16/25, by and between Scaling Society LLC ("Coach"), and [Client Name] ("Client").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Coach possesses specialized skills and experience in e-commerce marketing
AND WHEREAS, the Client seeks to engage the services of the Coach to help grow a brand scaling business by following the Coach's guidance and participating in the coaching program;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Coach shall provide comprehensive Brand Scaling coaching services, focusing on methods and strategies designed to help the Client grow their business. These services include, but are not limited to, personalized coaching sessions, guidance on choosing a niche, landing clients, optimizing backend systems, working with paid traffic and providing guidance specific to backend systems through course material, online video sessions, telephonic consultations, and digital communication via messaging platforms.
2. CLIENT COMMITMENTS AND STIPULATIONS
The Client agrees to fully engage in the coaching process and agrees to the following terms:
a. Work through 100% of the course material
b. Diligently engage within the community to achieve success.
c. Complete at least 90 days in the program.
d. In the event the Client cannot attend calls due to time zone differences or other reasons, the Client must watch all call recordings to see success within the community.
3. DELIVERABLES OF THE COACH
The Coach commits to delivering the following services:
a. Comprehensive educational modules, including video lessons, written materials, and exercises designed to help grow a clothing brand business.
b. Regularly scheduled weekly coaching calls to provide direct support, answer questions, and facilitate participant discussions.
c. Timely review and constructive feedback via personalized guidance and insights through telephonic or messaging communication within the community.
5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Scaling Society abides by a no refund policy. It would not be fair to our team if we coached you for hours and gave you a placement only for you to ask for a refund.
Additionally, having a mindset of asking for a refund means that you will always give yourself an easy way out, and you will not be held accountable to actually follow through on your business venture. By mentally accepting that there is a refund, you’ll back out as soon as the going gets tough because you know there is always an easy way out to quit. Because we don’t want you to quit on yourself, we have implemented this policy. Therefore, please understand that this no refund policy and guidance to get results coaching is implemented in YOUR FAVOR to help you succeed.
If any of the commitment terms are broken, Scaling Society has the right to terminate any service with the client and take legal action to retrieve any damages done to the business.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, including all Exhibits referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings between the Parties, whether written or oral. No amendment, change, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
